Yeh I managed to get into sql manager by setting all the services to be
started manually, then booting and starting them manually, Looks like
emerald database is in recover mode now, I hope we didn't lose anything. I
got a bunch of not enough LOCKS errors so I upped the locks in the
enterprise manager. Im waiting for a call from Emerald. They were supposed
to call yesterday but we didn't hear from them.
