Hi Dale, I emailed you the info you needed. Shawn had me run his calldump
script to shrink the database. That killed about 80% of our call records,
but as stated, consolidation still will not run. Kurt told me I need to
increase the RAM on our server to 256MB. I was wondering, do you think it
would help- at all if I were to re-run the calldump script and specify 31
days instead of 93 to shrink it even more. We are not concerned about the
call logs since we don't do time based billing anyways and maybe removing
60% of the remaining records might help. Also is it normal for it to be so
slow, I have a 32MB tempdb and am running about 64MB RAM for the database.
