[Emerald] Emailed Invoice Header and Footer

Hi all,
I seem to remember a while back that there was some way to add a header and
a footer to emailed invoices. I searched everywhere but I couldn't find the
info on what the names of the text files should be or look like. I'm not
sure that this option is still around (it might be from the days of 2.2),
but if it is it would be very useful when we send out informative invoices
that aren't suppose to be paid by the person but just kept for records sake.
