[Emerald] Emerald logfile errors

Our TEXT logfile in our Program Files\Emerald directory is filled with
nothing but the following errors. It had grown to over 800Mb in just
a short time. Any suggestions about how to correct this? We are using
SQL 7.0. Thanks!

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY
constraint 'pk_Calls'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Calls'.
