Yes.....

RadiusNT checks the login, Email and shell field for a valid login...

The Email field in is only needed if their email is different from
LOGIN@defaultdomain

If you fill in the email field then it will allow them to login via the
LOGIN/PASSWORD or the EMAIL/PASSWORD
