The problem is twofold:
1. The user appears in the online list *with* the domain, so their record
cannot be brought up by double clicking.
2. Time Online (under Services) fails to gather session data for the user
because it feels that 'firstname.lastname@example.org' is not the same as, simply, 'user'.
Is there any chance of modifying the calls online and time online features
to strip the domain when treat as local is set so that the user can be
matched to his MBR and his call records?
Hmmm... I guess this is more of a feature request. :-)
