[Emerald] Calls records?

Our Emerald database (4500 MBR, 3300 in use) has filled up in the last several
weeks. We have been deleting Calls start records via Query Analyzer and
performing
Update Calls from within Emerald Admin. to free up space. We started Emerald
accounting in late May and currently have June and July stop records in the
database.
Any suggestions on keeping this database under control? Thanks!

Our current SQL 7.0 Enterprise Mgr Space Allocation:
