You could try that. I personally would not hassle with it and just let that
person have extra surf time for two weeks. This way you do not have the
hassle and they get a very good first impression. We tell people that this
is what we are doing and act like we are doing it on purpose. It gives the
customer the feeling that you are a great guy. That type of customer
relation is better than money can buy. :)
