[Emerald] consolidation makes call history mm/dd/yyy

Dear Dale
Problem 1:
The last call consolidation we did reversed the call history records and
they read mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy (Australian date format) all
other dates in emerald are dd/mm/yy so we know the problem is in the
consolidation proc. I can you suggest where in the proc I can change it our
can you correct the proc and download it to me or put it up on the web site.
Problem 2:
Can you tell me what index fields should be on the calls table or should it
have none.
Problem 3:
We need USR/3COM vsa definitions for the following attributes 39049, 38978,
39000, 39001, 38977, 38998, 38978.
