[Emerald] Expired Accounts report 2.5

Running the expaccts.rpt for 2.5 , I get this error message
"A string is required here". the cursor goes to AllDates.

{MasterAccounts.maExpireDate} in AllDatesToToday or
{MasterAccounts.Active} = 0

I have CR 5.0.
