[Emerald] SERV-U HELP

I have Serv-U v2.5
I have installed the emerauth.dll
I have set the FTP external system in Emer Admin
When I start Serv-U it says emeraut.dll loaded

When I try to FTP to this server I get the serv-u login but I get
530 Not logged in
Login Failed
after the password.

I followed the Emerauth instruction sheet after getting the new emerauth=
zip file off the IEA site.

Help!!
