[Emerald] Emerald and year 2019

Well I dont know how but yesterday at 5:46pm my emerald server somehow
decide it was the year 2019 and emerald stopped working. since then I
rebooted the server a few times and then noticed the system date was wrong.
I changed it back so everyone should not be expired anymore but emerald is
still hooped and people are not showing in the who's online..... I am using
emerald 2.5.263 and sql server 6.5 radius nt
