[Emerald] ERRORS!!!! HELP!

I have Emerald UpdateCalls Accounts set to run daily at 3AM
There are no other tasks running that should conflict with this task.
This fails every other night with the error message:

Internal error -- Unable to open table at query execution time. (Message=

On the off nights that is doesn't fail, it seems to work fine.

Then, every other day, we seem to have trouble doing the pre-invoice in the=
batch menu.

Can someone please help us. We use metered service for many customers and=
this may affect how it calculates.
