[Emerald] Consolidation/time on line

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but it's an ongoing
one for us. We just ran consolidation again after 2 months of not doing it
and still the same problem exists. Customers are being billed twice for
some months and once for others. It is not consistent and not every
customer has this problem. Any info on this would be helpful.

Just another note we have a 5 hour a month account at $9.95 and
anything after the first 5 hours is charged at $1.95 per additional hour.
All prepaid before they can start their next month of service. Question
here is we cannot understand where emerald is pulling the time from, i.e..
what time frame is it billing. All customers are due on the date of sign up,
so if they sign up today the 14th they will be due again on the 14th of June
and at that time I'd like to see exactly how emerald chooses it's
dates/time. I've been through calls logs and after many attempts of adding
all sorts of info nothing is even close to what emerald is telling us. We
have been all through this with Sheryl and Dale and haven't gotten anywhere
with this problem and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
