No, you can not delete any of them! They are the files used by
SQL Server. You should never touch any files in your SQL\data
directory.

The *.mir is a mirror that someone setup for your Emerald database.
Logs is the Logs device for a database, and master.dat is the
database that houses the main portions of SQL Server.
