Question 1
where do I install INSTTASK.SQL which I extracted from emerald25.exe =
stored procedures ?
Question 2
When I get consolidation to create call history records (which it wont =
at the moment) and if I insert call records after a callshistory record =
has been created for a customer, will the consolidation still update the =
calls history with the extra time users have used.
Question 3.
Can you help me to understand why I can not get the Call history to =
update at the end of the month. the steps I am using are
a. Emerald Admin. Update Calls records
b. Emerald. Batch, click on summary, click on charges. The response I =
get back is Consolidation is not needed. or 11:Division by 0 (emerald =
ver 278 sent by kurt)=20
I do not use emerald to generate invoices and all of the customers have =
send bill un-ticked would this stop call consolidation from working.
