Mainly, if you see an "error" message, then there is an issue.
The page information and table information is not an error.

Make sure that operator is not in any groups first.

They are not errors. Debug mode is designed to show any informational
messages that SQL Server sends back (it sends a LOT of them). Those
are not displayed normally. You should not have debug mode enabled
unless you are either having a problem, or support has directed you
to enable it.
