All on the same machine? It really depends on the specs of the machine.

I would recommend running RadiusNT/SQL on one machine, mail on a second,
and the Emerald client on your workstations. The SQL box should have a
MINIMUM 128mb of RAM, with atleat 64mb of that configured for SQL Server
to use.
