I have been told by IEA technical support that 2.5.261 is the only version
that should be used unless I am specifically told to get a beta version.
Emerald 2.5.261 will add a charge to a customers bill EVERY time batch out
is run. This happens when a customer's credit card declines during a
previous credit card batch-out.
The result is a credit history such as:

3/19 Payment 74.75
3/19 Invoice 74.75
3/18 Invoice 59.80
3/17 Invoice 44.85
3/16 Invoice 29.90
3/15 Invoice 14.95
The customer's credit card declined during the daily batch out. Emerald
incorrectly added another billing cycle charge EVERY time a batch-out was
run.
The end result is a customer who was charged 74.75 for the month of March
instead of $14.95. What is the fix or work-around for this bug?
