Can you print other reports ok? Usually this means either:
1) Your ODBC isn't configured correctly
2) The report has a configuration issue where it may be looking for
a different DSN than "Emerald", or a incorrect layout.
I've also seen where a report was simply corrupt, and re-downloading
the report from our FTP site resolved the problem.
