We are trying to use the features of monthly cycles only to find that =
the first period does not pro-rata the cost, nor does it expire the 1st =
of the next month.
It seems to act the same as anniversary were the total month is billed =
on the first period and the expiry date move to the anniversary of the =
signup date.

Any clues or is this a bug.
