For maximum efficiency, you would want your SQL Server to run by itself on a
single machine, and perhaps your RadiusNT package to do the same. The overhead
produced by RadiusNT is pretty light...it wouldn't have to be that powerful a
box.

Emerald is a client and can run on anything you have around, as long as it has
(in my opinion) 32 meg of memory or more.
