Our ISDN users tend to be connected shorter but log in more frequently. Here
ISDN isn't flat-rate so excessive access tends to be self-correcting. :)

Unless the folks are major file hogs, you probably won't notice any
difference. Most users are still staring at web pages or email much of the
time.
