[Emerald] very minor bug

Emerald starts itself off the screen if you had previously exited it while
minimized. You have to edit the registry to be able to run Emerald again.
(MS Photoeditor had the same bug before Office SP2 fixed it.)

Here are the registry settings that get messed up:
