[Emerald] consolidation error

I tried running consolidation this morning and got the following error:

SQL SERVER ERROR: 7983 Only the DBO of database Emerald may run the DBC UpdateUsage command

I wasn't logged on as SA but can if it's needed. Since this was run w/o that authority (apparently), will there be any harm in rerunning consolidation as SA?
