I didn't see your below settings....however, you need to give them all
the radius attributes they will need. In other words, take your
default attributes add those to the user then add your framed-address
and framed-netmask attributes. If it's an IP that needs a route you
would have to add that as well.

On a side note to Dale.
Can you add a framed address and netmask without adding a framed route
kind of like in the ascend max you can add for example
IP 192.168.100.1/24 This would assign 192.168.100.1 to the user and
route 192.168.100.0 to 192.168.100.1
