You also have to set up the Server Port Access again after you report the
server. (Brandon is beating himself over the head with an Ascend right
now)

But after my idiocy revealed itself, everything is working great so far.

You must enable Server Access in the RadiusNT admin as well (and
restart RadiusNT).
