[Emerald] Monitoring problems

I seem to be unable to monitor any call information through emerald. I
am authinticating through radius and think that i have everything set up

correctly I am still useing emerald 2.2 and radius 2.5. Does anyone
have any ideas. My access server is a Cisco as5300 are there any special

commands that anyone knows of that I may need to get it working.
