Most of the time why Emerald doesn't bill a person for thier next
term is that the expiredate is BEFORE the enddate of the last invoice.
For Example:
Invoice Start Date: 11/5/98
Invoice End Date: 12/5/98
MBR Expire Date: 12/1/98
You can not set the expire date back, or it will cause the problem.
