This is a permissons problem of the user RadiusNT is connecting to the
DB as.

In the Emerald Admin, Config Radius, Attributes add an entry:

ID: 77
Name: Connect-InFo
Type: String

Usually I create an account specifically for RadiusNT that has limited
permissions to the objects that RadiusNT needs. In Emerald 2.5 we've
created a group called EmerApps that is specifically designed for that.
