[Emerald] Problem with RadiusNT & Emerald

I'm trying to configure RadiusNT to authenticate from the Emerald
Database. When I turn on RadiusNT ODBC mode it will authenticate but it
will give me the following errors:

ODBC: SQLExecDirect Error:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] INSERT permission denied
on object RadLogs, database Emerald, owner dbo

also how can I add the last changes for a PM3 to avoid this error:

Received unknown attribute 77

and last in RadiusNT when it asked for an account for the database should I
create an account specific for Radius or use the SA? I'm using RadiusNT
2.2.41 & Emerald 2.1.11. Thanks
