[Emerald] Problems with Regions, Referred, and Sales Person.

When opening a account I get this error message.
Previous Region Not available for this group

Checked in the admin, and the Region IS there, however, I can't make any
changes to it, because If I do, I get a Type mismatch 13.

Also, the Drop Down boxes for Referred and Sales Person doesn't contain the
info specified in the admin (the are blank).
