Hi.

I've seen this happen when I entered an MBR multiple times by mistake
without giving it any services. In Emerald 2.1.8, if you do a search for an
MBR with the "Search Services Also" box checked, you will not find the MBR's
with no services.

Try unchecking the "Search Services Also" box and searching for your phantom
users.

Good luck,

Adam
