Tempdb is in MB NOT 2k blocks. Memory is in 2k blocks.

Make sure that the total of memory allocated (in 2k block) plus the
memory allocated to tempdb (it is *NOT* included in the memory of
SQL Server itself is less than 80% of your physical RAM.
