I've just had my second support issue arise from a customer who (like =
the last customer who had the same problem) is encountering problems =
sending email with attached files. They can receive email without =
difficulty but when they send out their mail clients hang.

I suspect a flow control issue. In both these cases, the customer was =
running WinNT 4.0 with a RAS connection to us, and a local subnet of =
computers using the NT machine as their gateway.

Anybody have any thoughts on what could be going wrong ? The RRAS =
manager doesn't seem to have any settings for MTU or the like so I'm =
unsure as to how to proceed from here.

Tnx.
