Hello everyone,

We are new to Emerald.

We have setup a new service to define our standard dialin profile, we've
named it "Standard Access". Users can not login if this is the service that
is assigned to their profile. However, if I switch them to "PPP" that was a
service profile default in Emerald, they can login fine.

I don't see anything different to set.

Any Ideas???

Thanks,
Mike McCarn
