Problem batching in CC

I'm having problems batching in a CC file. I'm using PC Charge and when
I try to do a batch in I get the following prompts:

37 transaction process
there were 37 errors encountered - delete batch file anyway?
53:file not found
624 transaction process
there were 624 errors encountered - delete batch file anyway?
53:file not found

It looks like it's reading both the declined and approved files. Any
ideas? Thanks.
