This is an Enterprise Manager bug when you have more than 2gb of free
space on the disk.

You can ignore both msvcirt.dll and shdocvw.dll. Neither will cause a
problem.

The operator access can be ignored. The services is a known permissions
issue with a couple of tables (IncidenTypes and Taxes if I remember
right).
What file did you download? I believe there is newer scripts and
executables for some of these.
