Monthly Billing and Radlog Bug

I have noticed that the "Monthly" billing option still does not work. Do I
need to "Invoice Next Term" or what? I have looked and a charge is not
created when the account is setup.

Also, in Radlog on ver .136, I am unable to enter any date information.
The Date turns red and the update never turns black. The old one used
dates like "Sep 9 1998". Entering only a user name works, but does not
help identify users who have the wrong info. If I leave it blank, it wants
to load 60,000+ entries.
