As most people try to use filters to filter out and move messages into the
appropriate folders for their mailboxes, I just have a simple request from all
mail list users if they can make the To: Name field the same as the E-Mail
Address of the mail list. This will help simplify inbox filters to properly
sort the mail to the appropriate folders.
example: instead of calling it "NT-ISP Mail List" in the To: Field, call it
nt-isp@nt-isp.com
