I need to be able to schedule the cancelation of an account. The easiest
way to do this is add one check box to the master and one to the subaccount
for "Cancel".
The function would be to prevent a renewal invoice from being generated
unless there was an outstanding balance, but still allow the user to get
online until the expiratation date plus any applicable extensions.
If any balance is due, generate a bill to cover that amount. After the
expiration, show the account as inactive on a search or possibley create a
cancel status (in addition to current, inactive, expired).
