Dale... I understand HOW Call History works..

HOWEVER, you did not use the exact mouse clicks that I provided... it is broke...

1. Search for an account
2. Double click the account name
3. Click on the History Tab
4. Click the Services tab
5. Click the Edit Tab
6. Click the Call History Tab..

NO Calls History.. even with history.....

Now.. if you do the following...

1. Search for an account
2. Double click the account name
3. Click the Services tab
4. Click the Edit Tab
5. Click the Call History Tab..

Call History DOES appear!!
