Well... solved that reinstalling, now I am getting a much simpler error,
which may then lead to the same one. Now I get in my log file:

Thu Aug 20 16:48:24 1998: Invalid Database or Computer Date.
Thu Aug 20 16:48:24 1998:
RadiusNT Enterprise Initialized...
