You should have the registry KEY noted above, and a registry value
of SNMP under the RadiusNT key. The value should be set to 1.
This is equivalent to the -C1 command line option.
Key Name: SOFTWARE\IEA\RadiusNT
Key Name: SOFTWARE\IEA\RadiusNT\SNMP
