I believe the attribute is Ascend-Disconnect-Cause and you need to add
it to the Calls table excluding the hyphens and then restart RadiusNT.

Somewhere along the line Radius stopped tracking disconnect
codes from our
Max 4004 (6.1.3) and I've grown senile... there's an entry for
Ascend-Terminate-Code under Radius, but it's not being saved...

Can anyone give me a jump start?
