radius.exe on SQL server; CPU at 90% !!!

Running 2.5 on NT 4.0; SQL 6.5 SP3 on both; PII 300; 256MB RAM. The
radius.exe is constantly using 90% of the CPU. We reboot, goes right back
up. We have 2 databases, both at 1GB, all else is fine. Users logon, no
problems just slow response times and the server is DOG SLOW when you use
it. HELP Dale !!!!
