You should install the trigger (redownload the radiusnt.sql script) and
turn off manual calls update (and manual service update). This
problem was fixed in RadiusNT 2.5.126, also.

Yeah, probably like night and day. Its interesting to watch a
problematic install go to a problem free install by just swapping
the database out. (Not that I am saying you had a problematic
install).
