|Your radlogs and radlogmsgs are empty? The radlogmsgs is a static table.
|radlog is a dynamic table based on the auth and acctg start and stop
|from the NAS to the Radius server. Is your accountig working. Does your
|table and "callsonline" query work correctly?
|In order for that to work correctly you have to have a correctly populated
|table and you have to have "manual calls update" turned on.

||I need to know how to track/turn on stop records, so that I can see
||disconnect causes. I'm getting killed with some customers not being able
||connect & I can't track why. I checked the Stop record option in RadAdmin
||then viewed the relationships in Access, however there is no relationship
||(it appears) between the values and any other table. Can someone please

||no SQL or Emerald involved. Just Radius NT. Thanks
