Eric,
First - thank you so much for the quick response. It is very much
appreciated! Here's the deal -
Don't think accounting is working properly,
calls table is functioning properly,
callsonline query is not working - just shows test data,
serverports table looks dynamic as it has userid field - is it static?
and last, the manual calls update has been turned on since I began.

|Your radlogs and radlogmsgs are empty? The radlogmsgs is a static table.
The
|radlog is a dynamic table based on the auth and acctg start and stop
records
|from the NAS to the Radius server. Is your accountig working. Does your
"calls"
|table and "callsonline" query work correctly?
|
|In order for that to work correctly you have to have a correctly populated
serverports
|table and you have to have "manual calls update" turned on.

|Could be part of the problem.... that table is completely empty.... Ideas?

||Have you tried checking what the radlogmsg says for those users? That has
