A new option was added to RadiusNT at the 2.5.122 release to create a list
of bad characters that would immediately be rejected. RadiusNT 2.5.122 will
die if it doesn't find that registry entry. I'm about to post 2.5.124 up,
but if you must have 2.5.122 working before then, add a registry entry called
BadChars with the contents of a couple of characters like: '%"
