Did you previously have it installed as a service? It should not have
let you if so. I believe the only setting that RadiusNT itself sets
when you install it as a service is mode, but I thought we removed even
that. Did you possibly do a -remove on 2.2 or 2.5? That might cause
the problems you are referencing. There is no need to do a -install
for the service unless you install 2.5 into another directory.
